Respectfully disagree with you on that one! Pres Trump is a master at the art of war! He's calculating, deliberate and aggressive…no way he rolled over and bailed! It's not him! Plus, Don Jr is looking very confident as well!
It is a legal term…look it up! if I infringe on your rights, property…whatever, and you don't act / fight to defend yourself / property…then, by action / inaction, you have acquiesced to my will/assertion, and I'd have the weight of the law to support my claim!
