Why do we follow a U.S. Code? We have a Constitution already.

Since we're going down the U.S. CORPORATION rabbit hole, something I like to point out is that the United States Code didn't even exist til 1874, coincidentally only 3 years after the Act of 1871 and after the Vatican basically bought us put through banks run by the Crown.
