I hired attorneys in 2017 and wrote up a whistleblower complaint to show absolute proof and evidence of the corruption. I'm still waiting for the case to unseal. The same legal theory can be applied to the HAVA Funds program which was tax payer money to allegedly secure our elections - we see how that turned out for us.
It's the Wild Wild West! I have exhausted all remedies here so your guess is as good as mine.
