While the data exists, because campaigns need to know, it's methods of composition would be REEEEEEE'd as raysist. Since ballots are anonymous, they base it on racial makeup of district using census data, age data (older people vote more), religion etc. So the good data is likely unpublished and proprietary. By good I mean district level granularity.
