Q is not a person, Anon. It is an intelligence operation. Just curious: What would you prefer be done with the declassified information? Would you want it released to the MSM, or, do you want it entered as documented evidence in a trial?

WASHINGTON (AP) — Opening arguments in the Senate impeachment trial for Donald Trump over the Capitol riot will begin the week of Feb. 8, the first time a former president will face such charges after leaving office.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced the schedule Friday evening after reaching an agreement with Republicans, who had pushed for a delay to give Trump a chance to organize his legal team and prepare a defense on the sole charge of incitement of insurrection.

Mind the source. Could always be planted to influence:

Washington (CNN)As the House prepares to send articles of impeachment to the Senate on Monday, CNN has learned that dozens of influential Republicans around Washington including former top Trump administration officials have been quietly lobbying GOP members of Congress to impeach and convict Donald Trump. The effort is not coordinated but reflects a wider battle inside the GOP between those loyal to Trump and those who want to sever ties and ensure he can never run for President again.

The lobbying started in the House after the January 6 attack on the Capitol and in the days leading up to impeachment. But it's now more focused on Sen. Mitch McConnell, the powerful minority leader who has signaled he may support convicting Trump.

"Mitch said to me he wants Trump gone," one Republican member of Congress told CNN. "It is in his political interest to have him gone. It is in the GOP interest to have him gone. The question is, do we get there?"

"During the trial of Judge Robert Archibald, for example, the Senate required that the House managers interrogate a witness about a conversation that the managers had not planned on raising. Senators have even occasionally (and persuasively) argued that the entirety of exclusionary evidentiary law be relaxed because, in part, “Senators are, from beginning to end, judges of law as well as fact, and that they are judges from whom there is no appeal.”

"As such, the Senate should give the House the opportunity to formally present, and the president’s defense counsel a fair opportunity to formally rebut, all the serious issues that may impact a senator’s decision in the case–even if these issues are based on hearsay or implicate some other rule of evidence related to protecting a jury that would counsel against their inclusion in a criminal trial."

>Destroy the Satanic Cabal and its puppets!

That is the goal. You agreed it would be best to reach that goal by trial. You asked for evidence of a trial. You were presented with evidence of a trial. We can agree that any declass evidence would best be entered in evidence at a trial. We have that in common, Anon.

We want any declassified information to be introduced into the public domain to be introduced as evidence in a trial. There will be a legal public record of all the declass. Not leaks or blurry photos. Documented legal chain of custody evidence. There is no escape once the evidence is entered into the public record. The precedent is the Senators get to decide what evidence to consider and their is a legal precedent for Senators interrogating House Managers on any subject the Senator chooses.
