QUO WARRANTO could be the legal tool to get Trump back in the WH

Quo Warranto is Latin for 'what authority?' It's court order used to challenge a person's right to public office. The challenge process begins when an injured party brings receipts (evidence) of fraud before the court. The issue is decided by a jury.

Quo warranto cases can only be brought after the offending party takes office. This may explain a lot of things, including Trump's seeming concession & the SCOTUS' not hearing Trump's arguments.
