I have been doubting God for awhile anon. Life was easier when I did believe and I can tell you that having been an oncology nurse those that believe in God had more peaceful deaths. The two worst deaths I witnessed were both atheists.

God allows a lot of evil things to exist but it is always blamed on lesser beings, us - for all the blame. One question I always had is why did God repent for putting man on the earth? If God is perfect why would there be any reason for him to repent/regret what He did?

Genesis 6:6

And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

And here we are so many years later. Why would a loving God put man in a dangerous situation. Would you put your baby in a backyard with a serpent?

It wasnโ€™t until Adam and Eve had fallen that their eyes were opened up.

Genesis 3:6-7

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
