I don't think anyone is suggesting he's a "good guy," simply that he's /our bad guy/. I've been having this debate with family. Mueller is up to his eyeballs in corruption, but his dragnet thus far has ensnared the Trump campaign plants (per Q) and Podesta Group. It looks from here much more like he's been offered a choice: prosecute his co-conspirators, or face jail with them. @prayingmedic on Twitter lays it down pretty well and it's been my theory since the whole shebang began.
