The DS killed themselves by creating monsters out of desperation to defeat POTUS. These now out of control monsters had time to grow into a massive problem over the past years, they won't be easy to slay this late into the game. They've lost control of their own monsters and are now trapped with them with no escape and no plan.

All Americans are now at the precipice and Biden's failure to make good on all his promises and claims will be the final push to wake up the rest of America.
