Have to watch what they're doing. In Schenck vs US case (fire in a crowded theater) 1919 SC determined that knowingly lying to undermine the government was not protected speech.
In 1969 Brandenburg v. Ohio modified that to banned speech being, "That which would be directed to and likely to incite imminent lawless action (e.g. a riot)."

This will most likely be the main drive of Trump impeachment, IMO. MSM just laying the ground work. Going forward any dissent will be considered to be, "… inciting imminent lawless action". That will be the basis used for SM speech/account restrictions.
