If they hear the case, that will mean that the military is in control of DC and will be cleaning the swamp.
If they don't hear it, it means that the Military has sided with the deep state.

The fact of the matter is that the SCOTUS will decide if they are going to hear the case or not.

As most people know, the SCOTUS is CORRUPTED. They refused to even hear the case brought forth by TEXAS. TEXAS had STANDING.

If the military is in control of DC, then, they control the courts, including the CIVIL COURTS, which are under their control.
In other words, if DC is defacto being controlled by the Military, the SCOTUS is under their jurisdiction. See the connection???

Last I heard, the senate trial was set for the week of February 8. If your info is more current, that is a good sign.
Also, the last I knew, the depolyment dates for the NG was extended until March.
If DC is under defacto MARTIAL LAW, or MILITARY CONTROL, they have an OBLIGATION to control the Courts.
