Trump was not allowed to introduce evidence or witnesses in the 1st impeachment. He will be able to do less in the 2nd.

He would not have been impeached if he was going to be able to introduce evidence.

There are two paths to dropping evidence. The military formally acknowledges that Biden is not a constitutionally elected president and he is not the CIC. The evidence is then presented to the world as confirmation.

Second path is for Trump to sue as a citizen, having standing in every state and having obviously been harmed, go through an appeals path friendly to his cause and get a decision from SCOTUS. The lower courts have to vet the evidence and witnesses before SCOTUS. SCOTUS adjudicates on constitutional matters and having the facts of the case and prior case law documented before it gets to them.

I guess the third might be for the NSA to accidentally leak. That's not legal though so I don't care much for it. Or it's possible that Q drop had a different meaning.
