The defense is allowed OR should be allowed to introduce evidence
ANTIFA was responsible for the break in ….along with unknown police that let it happen …if those stationed at key entrances were indeed even DCMPD staff and not posers dressed as such. Duty rosters etc. assigned post etc. It goes on and on. What if Pelosi's lap top was searched for evidence to see if it was compromised by the theft? What may have been done to it before plugging it back into the system for malware or what ever , what links it went to after the theft. It has to be done, think about al that could have popped up etc. BOOM!
So much could be going on right now under Durham. There was more than enough time to build a defense on this type of evidence. The back and forth goes on and on.
