Need some help digging. The federal register purpose is to provide opportunity for public comment for proposed legislation. I can not find it EOs are considered proposed. I think there is a formal way to comment. I went to the page that contains all EO back to 1990s and clicked on the Biden link. The page proclaims 0 views as of 8:15am yesterday.
