I'm old enough to remember when the jet stream was normally at the top of the united States at the border with Canada. It went from left to right and took a dip down and back up. Did that as long as I remember. But after they built the H.A.A.R.P. crap it pushed the whole jet stream down and not as consistent as it used to be.
