Suppose that there was poor child living in haiti in the aftermath of the earthquake. Suppose that there wasn't any food but plenty of dead bodies. Someone cooks up some human flesh and feeds the child exposing the child to kuru. Suppose that child is kidnapped by satanic spirit cooking pedophiles, taken out of haiti to a certain pedo island were the poor child is sacrificed and eaten and all who ate were exposed to kuru.
