Q was quite clear to look into the Iran Deal.

As i read the drops again this morning i remebered the "everything is open source" statement of him. So i found the whole document (Resolution 2231) on the webpage of the UnitedNations.

It's over 100 pages long. I am germanfag. So i will start to read the german version.

Happy digging!

When i am understanding it right the UN just takes "Notice" of it:

Noting the statement of 14 July 2015, from China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union aimed at promoting transparency and creating an atmosphere conducive to the full implementation of the JCPOA (S/2015/545, as attached as Annex B to this resolution),

With the day the deal was signed some of the sanctions against IRN were lifted.

I think i may found something on Page 40.

The deal allows IRN:

Opening of new branches, subsidiaries or representative offices of Iranian banks in the territories of EU Member States; and the establishment of new joint ventures, or the taking of an ownership interest or the establishment of new correspondent banking relationships by Iranian banks with EU banks; and opening by EU persons, including EU financial and credit institutions, of representative offices, subsidiaries, joint ventures or bank accounts in Iran.

And the lifiting of sacntions allows:

Transfers of funds between EU persons, entities or bodies, including EU financial and credit institutions, and Iranian persons, entities or bodies, including Iranian financial and credit institutions, without the requirement for authorisation or notification.

Transfering funds without authorisation or notification!!!

Maybe this is the reason the EU wants to remain the deal:

As long as the deal is in action IRN and €U can make deals and trasfer money without authorisation or notification.

It's a guess. But for me it's a good reason.

For me it's the best answer until now.

The capability to establish banks on both sides, and to transer funds without the need to authorize the transfer or to notify in advance about it is quite an argument to keep the deal alive.

The question is what money goes where?
