> Rape Revenge: Emerald Fennell explains herself in an interesting dress.
Hey Guise, looking at the previous notable about Emerald Fennell, who is wearing the same dress as Melania did on Inauguration Day. Night Shift did a small dig on the dress and relating it to ‘The Trump Card,’ but there is so much more info to be see in that photo of her sitting by a stack ofMurder Mysterybooks.
What I could see of the titles, many are Agatha ChristieMurder Mysterybooks.
-
ABC Murders ( think abc letter agencies reference?)
-
A Walk In The Clouds
-
The Murder ??? ( I can’t read the rest)
-From Emerald about the book she wrote, Promising Young Woman, was made in to a movie. Here is her description, “To me, it’s a movie about appearances being deceptive. And so, it was important that the movie was as deceptive to look at, and sound and feel, as deceptive as Cassie herself is.”
In the photo, she is reading a book by Patricia Highsmith called Ripley Underground. It is a story aboutfraud, impersonation, murder, coverup, etc.
‘According to Michael Dirda, Ripley Under Ground considers authenticity, and the difference between appearance and reality. As Ripley admires a pair of Derwatt paintings on his walls, he actually comes to prefer the forgery over the genuine artwork.Dirda notes, "Fakery, though, suffuses every page of Ripley Under Ground. Tom pretends to be Derwatt. Murchison appears to catch a plane at Orly. An effigy of Bernard is found hanging by its neck. A supposedly dead man rises from his grave. Bernard is haunted by what seems a ghost. In this counterfeit world only the pragmatic Tom thrives, for he alone recognizes that there is no distinction that matters between what is real and what is only apparently real.
Now think about the photo of Joe and Jill Biden admiring the artwork on the wall of the WH on Inauguration Day.
Think of how POTUS tweeted about Biden/Bidan not looking like himself in appearance.

The author also wrote the book The Talented Mr. Ripley, which is a story about fraud, impersonation, deception, murder, coverup etc.In 1956, the Mystery Writers of America nominated the novel for the Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best novel.
As you can see from the photo, there is a large volume of Edgar Allen Poe poems sitting next to her on the table.
The good guys appear to be talking to us in this photo. Why else would they have her wearing Melanie’s dress. NOT a coincidence. I’d love to dig more, but RL pulls me away for the most part these days. Happy hunting.
