If he does not have the Presidential seal for the podium, do you really think he has the stamp with the official seal of the office of the President of the United states. No official seal on the documents and they are worthless.
Notice when he passes military guards they do not salute. They salute the President, the supreme commander, a sign of respect. Biden was not officially inaugurated. Watch the SHOW again and focus on the feet of the women. No I do not have a foot fetish. The shoes change colors in the middle of the inauguration.
With the shoes in mind you can find other places where they copied video footage and pasted it in. They were not at the capital, but in Spain shooting the footage. A little Green screen cut and paste and you have a very poorly done movie.
He is not in the White house it is still locked. He is in an LA studio that looks similar to the White House. There are two such studios. Compare the wall paper of the studio to the Biden sittings (match) and then compare the wall paper to current photos with President Trump in them scene (no match).
A paper President cannot have the nuclear codes, cannot direct the military and cannot get access to state secrets. He cannot shut down businesses or make deals with other countries or even states in or own country. He cannot dictate anything to the citizens of the US. He cannot issue mandates or anything else. He is as worthless as tits on a boar hog!
