Just an observation, maybe nothing, but….

Supposedly the temperature in DC on "Inauguration Day" was "frigid" - about 28 - 32 degrees F from what I have found.

You will normally be able to see your "breath" in the air when it is that cold, when you talk or breathe out heavily.

Although from the looks of it (like Bernie with his mittens) it looked pretty cold, I didn't see breath coming from anyone, as you normally would for any temperature under 45 degrees F.

yeah I understand the science, and not a shilltard, sorry.

I happen to live in a cold climate and am very well aware of the process when it's cold.

Your response still doesn't explain why we were not able to see their breath (esp those singing/talking) since it was pretty cold in DC that day.
