I listened to this long interview he did and he said (almost at the end) that the number was very symbolic to him, and someday he would explain.
He wrote the book "Kid on the Side of the Road". That referred to John John saluting as his father's caisson passed. He has an interest in JFK jr., but I don't know if 107 relates to that.
