Also, after researching the program I'm involved in, which is what the money is for, I noticed many other violations the state is guilty of committing which makes the situation even more intolerable. The government can be compelled to pay this money duty free. I know you guys didn't figure that out because you didn't care to just try and dump what could have been gratis from the gubment.
