Teen years are tough on the kids and the parents. My thinking was that it was my job to get my sons ready to walk out the door with some chance of prospering. That meant instilling principles while they were still in diapers and helping them interpret reality as they got older.

Just be a Dad and demonstrate a masculine sort of love … he'll be just fine. ALL the Dads in here have got war stories. ;-) Raising teens is also another step in our own maturing.
