Trigger point therapy workbook by Clair Davies on Amazon
Available on Kindle
Trigger points in shoulders cause neck pain
Trigger points in neck or facial muscles can cause headaches
No drugs involves, no doc visits
Just a 20 dollar book and self massage
Har har, self massage - I said it
Book is very easy to read and distills two medical volumes into a practical manual
Basically: flip to the section of the book that covers the type of pain
Hash marks cover the area that you are experiencing pain
Dots tell you possible trigger points and tells you how to massage it
Referred pain
It is my go to whenever I am in pain
No bullshit
I recommend it to everyone that asks
Stay away from drugs and the doctor until you work myofascial pain out via massage
Don't be retarded though - if you got hit on the head with a tack hammer it isn't referred pain from your neck
