First point: Look at the designs in the wallpaper. The electrical outlet is positioned the exact same way in both pics.

Doesn't make a fuck. Why? Because if you were to ever lay wallpaper, you would know that unless you are trying to make this an exact replica it would be HIGHLY improbable that you could duplicate the position of the design and the outlet's position. The wood could have been taken out and removed whenever they removed the device that could harm POTUS and not be detected. They wouldn't really care to put the wood back the way it was because when you try to pull that stuff off it breaks and it is easier to just build it back new.
Also if you went through the trouble to get the design on the wallpaper correct, you would damn sure make the molding correct also.
