I've been doing some random digging on some cities within the giant Q ring.

I noticed there's two connecting interstates (I-81 and I-70). From my previous research and knowledge, any interstates that connect like that is an instant red flag for human and drug trafficking circuits.

I decided to dig a little bit on the city right in the center of the interstates, Hagerstown, Maryland.

I was also told by people living in the area that Hagerstown is considered "The Drug Capital on the East Coast."

I found their city seal to look oddly similar to a mushroom cloud, or a large explosion, but thats just speculation.
