That is not the issue.
"The server presented a certificate that wasn't publicly disclosed using the Certificate Transparency policy."
This is probably due to it being only to be used by Military Personnel, Space Force, where you need a CAC / ECA to even sign in. It is just a log in portal, and besides the Login part, has a Notice (Warning) about it's usage.
