Germany Covid Ruling
Weimar District Court in Germany—a judgment that began with a trivial case about a man violating strict German lockdown rules by celebrating a birthday with his friends—but became the world’s first COVID court case that dealt intensively with the medical facts of this disease and its economic consequences—and when viewing all of the evidence, saw this court stating in its ruling: “Based on what has been said, there can be no doubt that the number of deaths attributable to the lockdown policy measures alone exceeds the number of deaths prevented by the lockdown many times over”—beyond shocking evidence proving that the coronavirus pandemic is a socialist-globalist manufactured scamdemic, and as so factual stated in this court ruling that says:
At no time did a concrete danger of the overloading of the health system by a “wave” of COVID-19 patients occur. As can be seen from the DIVI Intensive Care Register, which was newly established on 17 March 2020, at least 40% of intensive care beds in Germany were vacant throughout March and April. In Thuringia, 378 intensive care beds were reported as occupied on 3 April.2020, 36 of which were occupied by COVID-19 patients. This was compared to 417 free beds.
On 16 April 2020, two days before the decree was issued, 501 intensive care beds were reported as occupied, 56 of them with COVID-19 patients. This contrasted with 528 free beds … The maximum number of COVID-19 patients reported in Thuringia in the spring was 63 on 28 April, and the number of COVID-19 patients was thus at no time in a range where an overload of the health care system could have been feared.
This assessment of the actual dangers posed by COVID-19 in spring 2020 is confirmed by an analysis of billing data from 421 hospitals by the Quality Medicine Initiative, which concluded that the number of SARI (severe acute respiratory infection) cases treated as inpatients in Germany in the first half of 2020, totaling 187,174 cases, was actually lower than in the first half of 2019 (221,841 cases), although this included COVID-related SARI cases. The number of intensive care and ventilator cases was also lower in the first half of 2020 than in 2019, according to this analysis.
Mortality statistics paint a similar picture. According to a special analysis by the Federal Statistical Office, 484,429 people died in Germany in the first half of 2020, compared with 479,415 in the first half of 2019, 501,391 in 2018, 488,147 in 2017 and 461,055 in 2016. Accordingly, in both 2017 and 2018, there were more deaths in the first half of the year than in 2020.
The scare projections that significantly influenced the lockdown decision in the spring were also based on misconceptions about the lethality of the virus (known as infection fatality rate = IFR) and about an existing or lack of basic immunity to the virus in the population.
According to a meta-study by medical scientist and statistician John Ioannidis, one of the most cited scientists in the world, published in October in a WHO bulletin, the median lethality rate is 0.27%, corrected to 0.23%, which is no higher than in moderate influenza epidemics.

REPORT: CDC Change in COVID Criteria That Inflated Fatalities 10-Fold Also Broke Federal Law

Remember way back in August, when folks started raising a big stink over the fact that 94% of reported COVID-19 deaths involved at least one other comorbidity?
The CDC now claims that 94% of all coronavirus deaths were supplementary, meaning, the person had co-morbidities. Less than 10,000 Americans have died from Covid-19 alone. #Coronavirus is and always has been a hoax. Democrats masked & impoverished America to rig an election.

Well, though the overwhelming prevalence of comorbidities on death certificates fingering COVID-19 does, indeed, also finger the CDC for not just cooking the books, but doing so in ways that likely violated federal law, the problem isn’t nearly as straightforwardly simple as Candace Owens and most other folks took it to be.

And, coming to terms with the flagrantly crooked accounting used to terrorize the American people into submission so we’d roll over and accept heretofore unheard-of restrictions that completely trashed our nation’s founding commitment to individual liberty is—at present—about as noble as it gets.
And besides, you can trust Dr. Mike to make it all go down as smoothly as a cold Gatoraid on a scorching hot day.
The CDC calls those “comorbidities” that 94% of alleged COVID-19 fatalities had suffered from as of August, “other contributing causes” (OCC).
But, as natural as the assumption is, “OTHER contributing causes” does NOT mean “DISTINCT contributing causes.”
The upshot is that it’s entirely possible—and, indeed, in the vast majority of cases exactly what you’d expect assuming there was a legit reason to list COVID-19 itself to begin with—that the comorbidities appearing on a death certificate along with C19 were also directly caused by it.
Take, for example, the approximately 68,000 decedents with pneumonia listed as an OCC.
Assuming COVID-19 really belonged on their death certificates as well, all those cases of pneumonia would have resulted from the virus infecting the patient’s lungs and, hence, by themselves alone, would in no way imply that any of the poor souls weren’t also straightforwardly killed by it.

Similarly, around 55,000 had “Respiratory Failure” listed as an OCC. And, again, it’s perfectly possible that COVID-19 is what caused all those respiratory systems to break down and, hence, was the straightforward primary cause of their demise.
Likewise, for the 20,000 or so decedents with “cardiac arrest” listed.

Moreover, besides including factors that could have themselves been directly caused by the virus, other OCCs completely distinct from it may have, nonetheless, contributed to the patient’s demise without thereby implying that COVID-19 isn’t what really killed him.
For example, around 20,000 of those reported COVID-19 deaths had obesity listed as well. And, even if none of those folks would have passed away had they not been significantly overweight, that obviously in no way implies that COVID-19 wasn’t really the true culprit.
Totally understand that. My dad had advanced acute myeloid leukemia at the time it was diagnosed and died 12 days later. But, the 1st cause of death on his death certificate was myocardial infarction. Secondary, AML.

Now, to be clear, none of this is to say that COVID-19 really was responsible for all those deaths.
Indeed, we have plenty of reason to believe it wasn’t.
We’ve known for a while that people who died from gunshot wounds or in road accidents and from suffering myriad other traumatic and sudden deadly events are, nonetheless, showing up on the virus’s death roster.
