I'm infuriated, just had an active duty family member inform me they were chastised at roll call that Biden is POTUS, any mention of bad orange man may result in article 134 (catch all when you don't have a good reason). I've said it since day 1, the plan better not rely on the Military because those who pull the strings aren't on the side of Patriots. Don't confuse the enlisted folk (blue collar) for the officer core (White collar/Politicians). They are corrupt, Clinton started, Bush didn't help, Obama finished it. They each took cuts from the experienced enlisted core creating a void. Obama paid good people to leave or be thrown out. That's why the emergency message from POTUS was important, it would have bypassed corrupt leadership but that isn't gonna happen now.

Trump was 100% involved, no doubt, he lined up photo op, after photo op + Gen Flynn alignment. Yes, this was all technically a larp. What pisses me off is it still ongoing, did something go south, or did the military hoodwink POTUS?

First they cut from the most qualified junior NCO's under Clinton, then they waited and did it a second time under Bush, then they intermingled Air Combat Command (super strict, rule following types) w/Air Mobility Command (fuck the rules, we make shit up, and do what we want).

Then Obama came along, they did it again, but they went further, they offered officers cash to get out. Some got as much as $250K to leave. Some anon on here dropped the DoD reg on me, proving it's illegal to give a person more than like $25K, implied I was lying. I laughed, my E5 spouse got $50K to leave, so they broke the law during this purge.

Remember all the problems we had w/nuclear security? That was a targeted shell game to frame excellent officers who wouldn't budge. Then they shuffled people around and thankfully got caught stealing a nuke but assholes claimed it was an "accident". Pretty sure, they got several hence the reason HRC was only temporarily detained.

Remember the U1 scandal? USAF shipped it, I've gone back and looked, I worked on the damn aircraft in a foreign country, stood on the container to reach wires before we looked to see what was in the box. Bonus, they made us fly back w/the payload because enlisted people can read. Our base has a bad history of people dying after moving certain types of cargo so we were pissed.

The USAF is run by politicians, every Group/Wing Commander has a Civilian (think SES) equivalent to ensure they do what they are supposed to do.
