There's a weight ticker on the plunger, just go to the one closest to the patient's weight. Dose/weight for horses and humans are equivalent. Lasts for several months. I use quarterly but also contact wildlife daily, so normal folks probably could get by every six months. Very safe, very effective. One tube is about $3.50 at tractor supply and has enough for 1,250 lbs of dosing.
