the right to refuse service does not include discrimination by political party, or any other means. it would be denying a constitutional right. the constitution always supersedes. just remember, if you can do it to them, then they can do it to us. when does it end? rights are universal and inalienable. period.
because religious freedom is the right to believe in what ever you want. but it does not allow for action taken, that denies another their own rights. the bakery didnt have to agree with the lifestyle or what ever you want to call it of his customers. he could even think it was evil and the devil incarnate if he wants. but just believing it does not give him the authority to act on his own behalf to deny some faggots right to purchase his product without discrimination.

is that in the constitution is it? nobody has that right. its a made up law by local jurisdiction to make business owners think that they have control, while simultaneously undermining the constitution. there is no federal "right to refuse service" law, let alone constitutional right.
