Donald Trump dictated a letter released months before the 2016 election, giving him a clean bill of health.
Dr. Harold Bornstein was the president's physician at the time, and signed the letter despite not having written it.
He now says he felt 'like the slave that carried out the orders that came from Fifth Avenue'
The 2015 letter said: 'If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency'.
Bornstein also said he felt 'raped' when Keith Schiller, head of Trump's security team in the private sector and a White House aide at the time, raided his office
