Something doesn’t add up here. Putin had to know of the Sum of All Fears plot. His intel can’t be that bad. Accordingly (((they))) had to know that he knew or would discover. They knew he wouldn’t sit idly by and allow Russia to be framed and forced into WW III. This only makes sense if the global elite have compd and gagged him, i.e., the Russian Globalist Deep State has complete control. If that is the case, both sides could easily start WW III without the complicated Iran cut-out SOAF subterfuge. This entire scenario only makes sense if Putin/Russia was in the dark. If (((they))) believed that Putin would never discover the plot then they really are stupid. As Q keeps saying.
