Haven't looked to see if this is ABC's actual footage. But here's a local ABC station on FB.

It verifies several things:
The Arlington 'salute' video is indeed for Biden and not something else
ABC called it a 21 gun salute (they knew it wasn't)
Biden's canon salute was 10 shots at 9 second intervals
I assume but haven't sauced that the 10 shots are indeed for funeral or dignitary
Here's some videos of Clinton and Trump for comparison. The 21 gun salute is immediately after swearing in and before the POTUS makes a speech.
Biden's swearing was not only early but was not followed by the canons.
