Seems even more appropriate now, that word 'dig' and 'digging'
Reminds me of all the old Gold Rushes - real or imaginary - the initial fever of the early rumours of Gold being in them dar hills! Men quitting jobs or quitting their bum lives to rush out to the scene in the hope of finding the strike that would change their lives. The population of these places of hope rising to the thousands. All the noise, all the rows, all the excitement, all the deceit of those people who followed in their wake, not to dig but to feed off the morsels of gold the diggers would extract.
We seem to have already lived through those raucous but exciting days.
Yet, all Gold Rushes came to an end and left ghost towns behind them……. the now?
