Those are Navy planes, appearing out of thin air at low altitude = aircraft carrier. These two screen shots were a couple days apart, so the carrier group was moving south of Taiwan from East to West.
The Chinese aircraft 'incursions' into TW airspace were directly opposite this near the mainland shore. So they were obviously getting antsy about US Navy operations and flights.
All of that too, plus non stop oval office movie sets.
