That "last stop" pasta floating around about a week ago really nailed it, it was downright prophetic almost.
I'm sad to say I don't think this was ever the special place people made it out to be. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong at some point, but as of now this just appears like it was an enormous waste of time and a distraction for people who otherwise would've been doing something productive.
Realistically, it only takes you a month or two to research the current state of the world and begin to make reasonable conclusions, but most here have been stuck in an endless feedback loop for years now, accomplishing little more than being the butt of every joke on the internet (left AND right.)
