Yes, agree, not sure if this was when he invoked the act, but if so remaining a secret the past several days (of dark) would help us gather more intel on our foreign enemies I imagine.
So only the military, POTUS, and us Anons know. Congress must know as they are trying to impeach. This has got to break soon.
