Documentation, medical records are updated by computer, paper wallet cards given with drug lot numbers for first and second shots. Verification of first shot must be made before second shot is given.

PS I could probably make a fortune with blank cards, but muh integrity won't allow it…nurses, highest ethical standards of any profession going on 20 years now…

Maybe we should elect a nurse as President. Nurses can spot BS from a mile away…
