In this interview, Wayne insists that President Trump signed the Insurrection Act of 1807 on January 11, 2021. He references that President Trump posted this to his Parler account, but I am unable to find the actual post. I did find however, "Insurrection Act Signed By Trump Jan 14 2021 | Inauguration Cancelled, Trump Remains in Office, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, CNN, MSNBC to Lose Licenses" article written by Judy Byington January 14, 2021; in the article Judy acknowledges President Trumps Parler post: "“I have invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807(Section 10 U.S. Code 13 251-255) to address the treasonous rebellion conducted by Democrat and Republican lawmakers, CCP Agents (Chinese Communist Party), FBI, Department of Justice, CIA and others to dismantle the United States of America and it’s Constitution,” President Trump declared on Thursday 14 Jan. “These entities pose a direct threat to national security. I will remain President indefinitely until all domestic enemies are arrested.” The date she claims the Act was invoked, however, is the 14th and not the 11th.

The plan was, as was suspected, to arrest them all at the inauguration.

Again Wayne Jett writes January 24, 2021, " Based upon the DNI report and related intelligence, President Trump invoked the Insurrection Act placing authority and responsibility upon U. S. military commands to proceed with their statutory duties to defeat the insurrection and preserve constitutional government. Foreign governments reported to be involved with American nationals included United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Vatican and China.

This is the context within which a reported 25,000 National Guard troops were called to duty and deployed at stations within Washington, D.C., during the days leading to and including the widely broadcast swearing in of Joe Biden as president on January 20. The military deployment was ordered by the Pentagon, not by Congress, the Senate or the president.

This is the factual context within which armed military forces took up positions around the U. S. Capitol and the White House. The Pentagon is reported to have a corps of 800 high-ranking officers focused upon defeating the insurrection involving collusion with foreign governments described above. Those officers are taking the precautions necessary to protect the nation, preserve and defend the Constitution, and defeat the insurrection."

In the opening of this video, Simon quotes a tweet, or Instagram post that Pompeo made the morning of the 20th, which reportedly says: "Well, I didn't expect that."

I couldn't find that tweet, haven't checked Instagram, but I did find a tweet Pompeo made on the 21st which just reads, "1,384 days" and a proverb quote from the 20th, pic related. https://twitter.com/MikePompeo
