DEFCON Marker – this was the false nuke alarm in Hawaii. Q said it was necessary. Guessing to disrupt the cabal's plan to launch an ACTUAL nuke from a rouge sub/ship in HI to trigger a war (blaming launch on NK).

NSA – knew about the cabal's plan to launch a real nuke. NSA knows everything :)

POTUS/Q met with somebody important in Hawaii. Could be the Wizards/Warlocks who are located there plus other Military Generals. Remember POTUS was flanked by Marines during presser in HI. Q also mentioned that when AF1 is on the ground, no other planes, ships, boat can get near – that could have kept bad guys at bay I guess.

Need to know – a nuke plan would of course be highly classified.
