Checking in from Richmond, VA.
Everybody at my company working from home is saying that their Verizon internet service is down. Those with children are saying some schools have lost service too.
I'm at the office, and hardwired in, and no problems here. I also seem to have phone service. But everybody else (including schools it seems) working from home is dead in the water, as far as productivity/connectivity.
IT is not my forte, so please forgive my ignorance. We are communicating via text, so that seems to be working. But nobody is able to access our servers remotely, nor are they able to get on the internet at their homes.
