same crap materials, just costs 10 times more and takes twice as long to build anything because of the layers of corruption inflating costs
thin sheet metal "2X4" with gypsum board is common in commercial NYC construction, fire resistant but also cheap flimsy crap, installed by union tards that radically overcharge for cheap materials + inflated labor costs
finish materials are cheap crap installed on whatever frame work, steel or concrete
corruption and overpriced union labor are only thing that separates NYC from anywhere else
