If President Trump is convicted by the Senate, then it does not matter what any court or "military tribunal" does afterward - he will never be president again regardless of election fraud or other crimes committed against him
If he is convicted, it gives the military tribunal strong reason NOT to find for President Trump if there are hearings indeed happening now
Really the second impeachment is ingenius and shows the deep state at its strongest
And also shows the deep state is 100% aware of what the military might do
