On Las Vegas schools being forced to reopen:

What exactly was the early warning mental health monitor system that was embedded within the computers and tablets issued to students in Las Vegas? The school district received 3,100 reports from this system in December. What is the system? How and what is it monitoring? Were parents made aware, did they have consent, and if they had been notified could they have done something for their child? What programs were monitoring students and/or families?
