if the previous administration had not resigned before the 20th and they rolled over into the present administration as some have, would they be able to testify in an impeachment trial?
let's say texas secedes:
what happens to US military troops from texas?
what about troops stationed in texas?
what about texas national guard stationed in other states?
what about mexico and the supposed large presence of chinese military? would america come to the defense of the state that just seceded from them?
