It's entirely possible the "guests" (extras) in this show were filmed ahead of time and the leading actors (insurgents) were done later in front of a green screen. I didn't watch it happen, but anons saying it was overcast/grey day.
at least in this photo joe seems to be lacking any shadows on his coat and there is a highlight line on his pants.
