The day after the election, the Military, et al. took over. Their 'live' monitoring of the foreing interference in the vote manipulation, nullified any civil proceedings having to do with the election. That is why the Supremes and other lower courts, refused to touch the Texas case (and others) with a 10 ft. pole. They were quite aware of their position vis-a-vis the military being in charge. At the same time, the so-called Biden administration, will be powerless. Nothing of consequence will happen, even his Keystone pipeline shutdown will be ignored/put on hold - and any other stupid counter mandates, E.O's or whims. As long as the military is in charge and weeding out the corrupt players, it is a win-win for Trump and the USA. Relax, DJT needed a good rest before coming back.
