Took me a minute to type a response because life and shit.

Yeah, if you remember I was on the "Bewbs aren't free speech" side of that argument, but not for the reasons many think. Being a free speech board, anons need to be prepared to give logical arguments for why they believe that sort of thing falls in the category of free speech. My position was "There is always a better way to thank bakers while creating a comfy environment for a research board". Sort of like challenging the viewpoint of the mechanics in a service department with their monthly calendar girls.

Before that sort of thing was "perfectly legal" in the US, there were a such thing as actual lewdness and sexual deviant laws. If you haven't, you really should read up on the FBI file on Hugh Hefner; which we all know, now, was a C_A asset from the beginning. The numerous court cases he and that photographer went through to get our society changed re-read that 3 times so that MK Ultra could go mainstream was impressive. That doesn't mean it's actually free speech to take photos of 18 year olds and post them in nudie mags, but I think it's really fucking obvious that the other pages of a Playboy magazine weren't anything but fluff and other shit no man ever really put a lot of attention in to reading outside of the funnies, sex story submissions, and the occasional "Here's how to trick your wife into swallowing". No, the whole idea behind picking an opposition POV in a raucous debate is meant to invoke thought and reflection not just internally, but how you want others to view what actual free speech is. It's a debate I'm proud to "lose" because hopefully some of you left that debate with an assured sense of why it's free speech vs "I just want to see some pussy on an IB". I think that wishing harm or death to anyone that disagrees with my particular point of view on sexuality and the expression of it in any artistic way is a terrible position to hold; so let's just get that straight right off. I firmly believe that avenues for expression and consumption are not just necessary, but a reality of an adult-minded person, and it just so happens to be the most important thing to the proliferation of the species (and one of the most enjoyable things since Sour Diesel; and combining the two is simply the bees knees to be perfectly honest). I'm not going to bother with the debate over numbers (age) and when a person can make those sort of decisions (contribution and consumption) because I'm a firm believer that it's different for everyone, and judgemental people that so happen to be judges like to judge other people based on their projected proclivities; especially those particular private proclivities they are most ashamed of. This very important fact is why jury selection is so utterly important to plaintiffs and defendants alike.
