Hey…Any MarketFags out there? How do I tell how much a stock is shorted? I just use Yahoo Finance (yep, Ima Tard). What app should I use to see this and what % short is danger area?

So on Yahoo chart for a stock, I can see Red and Green bars on the chart…those are buy and sell right (Red sell). Does the sell (red Bar) include shorts?
